Audit is not just a legal requirement, but is also a valuable management tool
Notwithstanding being a legal requirement and that it has to be conducted independently and according to the ethical rules in place, it does not need to be a formality. But of course this depends on the people that undertake this task.
To begin with, our approach is organised in such a way, so that your daily operations will be disrupted in the least possible way, respecting the time of your associates.
With regard to our adopted methodology, along with the audit procedures we apply, we also take the opportunity to understand better your business, evaluate the level of performance of your financial systems and identify whether and how that performance could be improved.
These audits are conducted according to the Greek law 4174/2013 ( article 65A) and concern public limited companies, limited liability companies and branches of foreign companies whose financial statements are subject to a statutory audit.
Our audit is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3000, “Assurance Engagements Other Than Audits or Reviews of Historical Financial Information” and the current legislation.
